Snowbean Closes Suddenly on East Colonial Drive; Izziban Also Reportedly Shuttered

Snowbean, a lakeside coffee and dessert shop located at 5310 E. Colonial Drive, has permanently ceased operations, announcing its final day of service with little advanced warning.

On October 14, the coffee shop revealed its closure in an Instagram post, stating it would close at 5 p.m. that day. The Snowbean team expressed surprise about the sudden closure and thanked patrons for their support, describing the establishment as a gathering place that evolved beyond its initial concept.

In addition, the future of the neighboring Izziban Sushi & BBQ seems uncertain, with reports indicating it is closed and its online ordering system inactive. Although the restaurant hasn’t officially declared a closure on social media, public licensing records suggest a change in ownership or management, linking it to TMP Atelier LLC, a Florida-registered entity.

Atelier Dining Group subsequently confirmed its engagement with the property, stating it is in the process of acquiring the real estate but not the businesses themselves. They mentioned plans for a new restaurant concept and are offering opportunities to the affected staff at their other locations.
