28-Year-Old Man Arrested After Stabbing Incident in Orlando

Orlando police have taken 28-year-old Deaveon Jaquan Brown into custody following a reported stabbing that left one person in critical condition on October 9. Officers responded to the area near Orange Avenue and Central Boulevard at 10:31 p.m. after receiving an emergency call about the incident.

Upon their arrival, law enforcement officials found the victim suffering from numerous stab wounds. They quickly apprehended Brown, who has since been charged with attempted murder with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery with a weapon, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Reports indicate that the victim was taken to a nearby emergency room for surgery. The investigation remains ongoing as detectives examine public safety camera footage and conduct interviews with witnesses.
